Bismillah..

Hari ni pagi pagi ada talk dgn Coach Hasnol  ayah johan , so pagi ni terisi lah dgn benda benda ilmiah sikit.alhamdulillah. Coach lebih tekan kan our peak performance and how to become successful, talk dia sgt interesting,every game yg die set kan sangat bermakna, and kalau siapa yang dengar pun terus berkeyakinan untuk capai impian lah. erk,cam hiperbola sikit je . He said :

• "things are created three times, 1) in the head 2) on the paper and lastly 3) in the reality . 
• The hardest thing for a man to do is to THINK , and they would rather die than do it , and they DO.
• what you truly believe in , you can achieve it.
• Impossible is NOTHING.
• solat SUBUH pada awal waktu boleh mendidik kekuatan jiwa, and seterusnya menjadikan kita lain dari orang biasa. 
• FAIL to plan is PLANNING to fail.
• BE - DO - HAVE
• In life there are 4 things you cannot recovered, 1) the stone..after the throw 2) the word..after its been said 3)the occasion..after the loss 4) the TIME..after its gone.
• SABAR . kunci kejayaan.
